Coated Paper, or coated paper, is a type of paper that has one or more layers of coating applied to the base paper. This coating is usually composed of high-quality white pigments, adhesives, and auxiliary additives.

Coated Paper has good optical properties and printing performance. The surface of the coated paper is smoother, the glossiness and whiteness are improved, and the printed images and texts have higher clarity and color vividness.

1. Dimensions - What is the width of the rolls?

• Standard roll widths: 1070mm/1530mm, with a maximum width of 1600mm.
• Custom slitting: We support customized widths starting from 50mm.

2. Materials: What materials can we provide?

• Paper-based facestocks: Coated paper, glassine paper, writing paper, thermal paper , aluminum foil paper, fluorescent paper, kraft paper, etc.
• Film-based facestocks: PET, PVC, PC, PE, PG, BOPP films, etc.
• Adhesives: Oil-based adhesive, water-based adhesive, removable adhesive, and hot-melt adhesive.
• Release liners: Glassine release paper, PET, PP, and PEK.

Our materials are suitable for labels in food, cosmetics, electronics, logistics, chemicals, and automotive industries. They support offset printing, flexography, letterpress, and digital printing. 3. Do we provide after-sales service?

If you encounter quality issues, follow these steps:

1. Take photos or videos of the issue.
2. Take photos or videos of the roll labels.

What will we do?

1. Your quality report will be sent to our QC team on the same day.
2. The QC team will locate samples from inventory based on the roll labels and test them.
3. If the samples are fine, we may request the defective product for further testing.
4. After identifying the issue, we will provide the best solution.

4. Shipping and Packaging

Due to the sensitivity of self-adhesive materials to temperature and humidity, we use kraft paper and stretch film to seal the materials, effectively maintaining their performance. Please inform us if you have specific packaging requirements.

5. Sample Service

Before production, we provide samples for performance testing. Upon confirmation, production will proceed based on the approved sample.
Sample lead time: 3-7 working days.

6. How long do your labels last, and how should they be stored?

With proper storage, our labels can last up to 18 months from the production date.

• Storage recommendations:
  • Temperature: 20-22°C
  • Humidity: 50-55%
  • Store rolls horizontally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Use a "first in, first out" inventory rotation system to maintain label freshness.
